Use the following options while you are in the BASE OPTION of the game, enter barrack and click to view soldiers before using following options;

F7 - Unlimited/Infinite Kill – Barrack ( selected units will have indefinite kill)
F8 - Unlimited/Infinite Rank – Barrack * ( selected units will be ranked up for each pressed)
